While I applaud the authors intentions,I found this book to be lacking. The book is so full of grammatical errors and mis-spelling that I find it hard to read. Since this is the 1st review, I want to caution that my perspective may be clouded by my own complex legal situation. There is information and knowledge to be gleaned from this book. The author tells it like it is about the legal profession and encourages self representation. However, this is covered in the first 29 pages. The rest of the 476 page book are sample pleadings etc. More commentary and advice relating to what is presented would be helpful. There are interesting and probably helpful citations contained that may be usefull depending on your personal needs. I expected a more comprehensive book.
