This is an awesome book. I bought it for my 6 year old son as he loves planes. What a hit, his older sister (8) loves the book too. Now I keep some on hand for Birthday gifts. I gave it to a 9 year old boy for his birthday and Wow what great response from him and the other kids. You just have to love when kids can make their own fun and not sit in front of a computer game! GREAT Book!

The papers in this kit are beautiful and the instructions are clear. Most amazingly, though, the planes really fly! This was a great compact project to pack for a trip where my kids (ages 5 and7) had a lot of down time. The only caveat is that the grownup should be prepared to do most of the folding since it has to be done exactly so.

I bought this for my 6 yr old son who was always asking me to make my one and only paper airplane for him. Than he I taught him how to do it himself. BUT, this book has so many cool planes and they all fly and fly really WELL too!! My son figured out every single airplane from the terrific and easy to follow directions. After he mastered the planes with reg. paper, he made them all with the awesome printed papers in the back of the book, and he saved them all. He is almost 8 now and he still likes to make paper airplanes that he learned from this book, and HE makes them for HIS friends now. Very cool book, very nice and easy instructions, great pictures and plenty of cool papers to fold into planes. If your child is interested at all in paper airplanes this is a great gift idea...heck you too may learn a few tricks!! :-)

We purchased the Klutz Paper Airplane book this summer on vacation. Our kids ages 5 to 15 both male and female loved it. We had fun making and flying them as well. I bought 4 copies for birthday gifts for my son's friends. I know the book will be a big hit.
