This book is great for people who want to eat healthy food, but not become extreme tofu addicts. It has sensible recipes that taste good and include a lot of vegtables and only a little sugar and fat.

This is the best cookbook I've come across in a long time...ranks right up there with Betty Crocker :) Great how-to tips, easy preperation and quick cooking time. Tons of nutritional info and great pics showing you how to do it. I'm buying it for my mom!

I like it because it's an excellent source of nutrition information. The recipes are easy to prepare. It also has lot's of pictures, I love it!
