Being an Aussie, I have been buying this for a LONG time. I was once 242 pounds (110kg) but this book has helped me to stay below 140 pounds for more than 8 years. I usually weigh no more than 125 pounds, with the occasional 'break out'.

I can manage my diet with just this book and a notebook, but WOW!! The software is the greatest, and so is the on line club. And all at prices anyone can afford. A winner.

This is a great product. It's compact in size so it's easy to carry around and just about everything I looked for is in the book. Calorie King also has a very good website to find calorie counts.

It's great, I sometimes need to eat out and this little book helps. It keeps me from eating the wrong foods and to control my caloric intake.
