If you are looking for a practical book that explains you step by step how to grow your business, with nothing else than common sense and good business practices, you will be delighted. You will read it again and again, and each time you implement the solutions that are in there you will want to know more, because IT WORKS!

I was a client of Action International and used the steps that Brad puts forward in the book to create a business that works without me being there. The book is easy to read, as all Brad's books are. Of course I still needed my coach to help me. I would recommend his other books as well as E-Myth and 7 Habits of Highly Effective people.

Don't get put off by the pessimistic people. Have they tried his strategies and succeeded or done nothing and succeeded at nothing. Why 5 stars? Because I have made money out of doing exactly what Brad Sugars teaches. Get it, read it, put it into action.

This books follows the path of two business partners and the learnings they receive from their Business Coach.

The two business owners are taken step by step through how to make their business more profitable without having to spend more time in their business doing it.

The author Brad Sugars knows what he is talking about. He founded and owns Action International more than 13 years ago - a global business coaching company with thousands of offices around the world.

What Brad explains in this book works ... but you have to apply the principles.

With so many businesses shutting doors these days - I wonder how many wouldn't have to if they just followed this books advice and principles.

I own 3 businesses and am successful at each. I know that there is lots of room to grow and create a business that will bring about an even more massive results.

What I learned from this book is how to take my business to the next level. Whether it is at start-up or a business that is at it's next phase of growth - this is an excellent book that can help. The steps to create massive results - do create massive results.

It simplifies what you can do as a small business owner to be successful & profitable. The best thing about the steps and strategies to take are that they are practical ideas that have been tested and proven to work with many other businesses, across the globe.

It makes me glad that I have a business coach.
