Through this book I could learn how to diet with no risk at all and also know a lot about how the chemicals in the body work. For me is an excelent guide for dieting.

We found this book very informative. It is well written and addresses the issues of good nutrition with an easy to follow eating plan. The chapter on hormones and weight gain and the chapter on Diabetes were both a help to our family. We look forward to enjoying better health in the years ahead.
