This is the last book I needed to have the complete set of Sandra Lee's Semi-Homemade Collection!!! I'm not much for 'light' fare - I usually like things loaded with butter - and heavy cream - and then covered with chocolate - but - let me tell you - for 'healthy' stuff - these recipes look pretty good!!! As usaul - I flipped right to the back to check out the desserts - and I was not disappointed!!! So instead of letting this book just hold it's place as the one I needed to complete the collection - I think I'll actually try a few of these simple recipes!!!
