A useful review tool in preparing for the NCLEX-RN examination, this full-color guide is based on the latest NCLEX-RN test plan including alternate item formats. In an outline format, it comprehensively reviews all areas of nursing, including maternity, pediatric, medical-surgical, psychiatric, and gerontologic. More than 4,000 practice questions are included in the book/CD-ROM package, along with comprehensive rationales and test-taking strategies.

I am a 3rd semester nursing student. I borrowed this book from a friend to study for my Med-surg test. It was soo helpful, that I bought the book for myself. The outlines on each system of the body are great study outlines. I would recommend this book to any nursing student!!

I am a senior nursing student and this is the first N-CLEX review book I have purchased. When exam time rolls around it is part of my study routine. I don't see how I got by in the past without it! The pharm chapters are awesome and the alternate format questions are giving me a lot of practice.

This has helped tremendously to emphasis what is important for nursing students to learn. It also helps prepare for the NCLEX-RN exam. The color helps people who or visual learners like myself. Perhaps, this is why I am doing well in school.

This book is thick but it has all the necessary info you need to pass the NCLEX. I covered the whole book in about three weeks and did the CD in between. I even noticed some of the questions on the NCLEX itself had similar questions to the book.
