After recieving my first and 2nd attunement from a local reiki master I somehow felt something was missing. I had a certain feeling that I was being misled when my original master warned us to be careful what we might read in a book. My natural curiosity always seems to get the better of me. I think its a good thing, because not long after that I found Steve's products.

My first master said I should wait 6 months, my instincts told me differently afterall I am Indigo and figured why wait. Well I purchased the master attunement, the psychic attunement, and all 4 books. Since I love to read I spent the next week and a half pouring through all the books. I can honestly say I was impressed with all the research Steve has compiled into an invaluable set of books thats sure to last a lifetime. When you think about it one could spend a lifetime searching for answers.

The master and psychic attunement work great, plus I saved quite a bit of money in the process. Thats perfect especially for someone who is just starting out. I would reccommend this program to anyone looking to heal. Thank you Steve for enlightening me on my own path.

This book is a quick and easy read and provides all the information needed to get started in Reiki. You won't find a lot of Reiki history in this book as it was not the authors intention to rewrite what has already been written, his intent was to bring you the information (often kept secret) that would cost you hundreds of dollars to learn elsewhere. Steve provides a short and to the point description of Reiki, also covering the Chakras and the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical bodies.

Basically Reiki is a method of channeling the life force energy that flows throughout the Universe and into every living thing (aka: Chi or Prana), by using traditional Reiki symbols, words and techniques. This energy flows through us naturally, however the human experience can be a traumatic one, negative experiences and their related emotions can build up in this life and can even carry over from past lives. If not properly cleared or released, this build up can cause problems with our emotional, mental and physical bodies often resulting in emotional and physical dis-ease. The Reiki attunements on Steve's DVDs can help one to open and clear these energy blocks and get that positive life force energy flowing again promoting emotional, mental, physical and spiritual healing and continued health.

For the past couple years I've become very sensitive to the negative energy of others, just walking into a crowded room (party, nightclub etc..) would often make me feel uncomfortable, nervous or nauseous but after starting Reiki, I feel more centered and it amazes me how at ease I feel in crowds or social situations now. Reiki has improved my life, I feel more aware, more intuitive, I sleep better and just feel better in general. Thank you Steve for introducing Reiki into my life, I feel Reiki has helped me to heal and has quickened my spiritual path.

I would definitely recommend anyone read this book first and then get an attunement, from Steve's DVDs or from a local Reiki Master. No Reiki knowledge is needed for Steve's 1st level, psychic or healing attunements but I recommend one at least read this book before doing a 2nd level attunement as you will get much more out of the attunement, and it should be said that Reiki will work for anyone regardless of ones spiritual belief system, all you need to do is be open for it to work.
