The love story of Botolf and the "firey" Saxan was very romantic and funny at the same time. It left me breathless wandering how the sensual Saxan would show her love for him and to see how he would respond to her innocent seduction. The entire Todd clan was interesting as well and I hope that Hannah will create a series aroud Saxan's sensual brothers. I also so see another GREAT love story coming from the sexy Sir Bretton Graeme and Saxan's little sister Thylda.

I tried this, my 1st HH, as it isn't part of a series: (yet :)
The couple suffers the usual 'he can't admit he loves her.'
His first wife dallied w/ his cruel half-brother. And he has
images of women all being like the shallow ladies at court.
Saxan is a level-headed Tomboy. In the beginning she thinks Botolf killed her twin brother. Botolf is the sexy Lord w/ a
bastard half-brother who wants Botolf (and everyone else around him) dead. No real mystery here, which was fine;
it was entertaining enough. Good characters.
I plan to read her Highlander series.

This was one of the best books I have ever read. All of the characters have life. The situations in the book are believable and exciting. Saxan Honey Todd is a strong female character who is more than capable of standing by her man. Botolf Corwine Lavington is a strong leader and protector. He possesses the ability to appreciate and accept help and advice from a woman. I literally could not put this book down.
