When I was pregnant a women who had four boys 3-11years told me about Ezzo's book. Her personal recommendation and her charming well mannered boys really impressed me and I bought the book on Amazon.com the following week.
I used the eat/play/sleep method with my twins and they slept through the night on Christmas Eve. They were only 11 weeks old.
They are almost two now and they are very good sleepers, 11 or 12 hours at night and then a two hour nap in the middle of the day. They love their midday nap; they never cry. At night they rarely put up a big fuss and rarely wake in the middle of the night.
It really works!
