I have seen the result of this book being used to bring order and compassionate communication to a church group. Yes - even church going and God fearing souls can be harsh and judgmental in their communications. The book is simple to follow for the reader and if you have an open mind and heart the advice will work its magic.

Used in a group setting it can expand the level of sucess greatly for the group. This book has my fullest endorsement!

This book changed my perceptions, my relationships, my life. Marshall Rosenberg is one of those truly special teachers who brings a profound truth to the world in a practical manner. This book offers examples and exercises that allow you to "get" the language and spirit of living from your heart. If you want a way to express the wonder of who you are and to connect with others, this book offers a simple and profound way of doing so. I recommend this book to all my friends and business associates. Enjoy it! Then pass it on!
