This is an excellent book that all liquid chromatographers should have. It covers all aspects of HPLC from theories to instrument to applications. It would benefit all levels of analytical scientists in their day-to-day operations. The book is informative and concise. It also includes an excellent list of references for further interest. I think Michael Dong has done it once again!!! Quite an impressive book! and the price can't be beat!

This is quite a comprehensive treatise on the topic of HPLC. The intended audience is the novice/intermediate and it certainly hit the mark. It is quite apparent that the wealth of recommendations/pointers/guidelines comes from someone very familiar with this topic. This book should be of great help to many aspiring LC chromatographers and should also serve as a valuable reference to those that are already comfortable in this field. - Wilhad M Reuter (PerkinElmer LAS)

I have worked in the biotech industry (and the most well-known biotech company) for more than 10 years and found that this is by far the best HPLC reference book. I haven't seen any other book that contains more insightful information than Dr. Dong's.

This book is worth the price and my time of readig it.
