The book provides a new look at how we view debt vs. equity. I found myself forced to re-think my beliefs about the security of equity. The only negative comment that I have on this book is that it is primarily focused on US tax legislation.

This book has been out for a while now and I read it some time ago and it's a bookthat will bring you back to reality.
I think that it's a must read as the facts and realities are very real and the author has some vital info for us all.
There are benefits to be had if we pay close attention and it can be the key to managing your money in a better way.
