This cd is perfect for the beginning meditator. He takes you to your inner space brillantly. I look forward to my 20 minutes a day with myself!

After having trouble falling asleep for quite some time, I started listening to this CD. Now, I generally fall asleep before it's even over.

This is an excellent book for beginners as it gives so much help in obtaining a relaxed state of mind and this in turn helps to achieve a good meditation. After using the CD in conjunction with the book I have already seen a vast difference in my Meditation Group for beginners and so I would certainly recommend it.

I have been practicing meditation for a long time and I think that it can help you to focus in yourself. You can see your true self hiding inside your heart. Sometimes we don't want to look at our real image, but it is necessary to confront yourself to improve the spirit and reach the ultimate goal, i.e., be like God.
