This is an axcellent book if you find yourself acting moody at times. The book explains that we need to recognize the difference between how our natural lives and our spiritual lives affect us in different ways. Most of us only acknowledge the natural circumstances that we believe causes us to have behavior changes, but it's not as simple as we think. Nor will a pill or psychiatrist, or an obsession help us understand our emotions. We must look at the natural and spirital actions and reactions to get to the root of the problem it there is in fact a problem to begin with. On a personal note, this book taught me that when I'm moody, it's not because something is wrong with me or my surroundings, its because something in my life or spirit has changed in some way and I don't know how to interprate these changes (personal, professional or health). Now I recognize when this is happening and I can back up and say "whoah" I need some personal time to get my head together. Then I manage to see my way through those awkward times. So yes this a good book, easy to read, and gets right to the point, which is her style if you have ever watched her on TV and I hope you find it as informative as I did.

This is another great Joyce Meyer book. It is also one that I needed to read. Most of my adult life, I feel like it has been a constant cycle of up-down-up-down. This one is actually helping to me stabilize. It really helps that Joyce shares some of her own struggles in this department, so I feel I can really relate. This is one book you don't want to miss!
