The New York Times–bestselling author and psychic Sylvia Browne encourages readers to call upon the power of their own personal energy and spiritual candlelight to help make their dreams realities. Through a series of spiritual exercises—with themes ranging from energy, health, and physical and emotional healing to protection, wealth, and wisdom—she outlines how to jump-start a personal–spiritual routine to increase spiritual energy, personal awareness, and a connection to God. This highly visual guide also explores the symbolic meaning of color and scent combinations, groupings, and inviting the spirits of loved ones, angels, and spirit guides through the use of candle and prayer.

not what I expected and it is very expensive for how small it was!! I will give it away at a white elephant party sometime.

this is a good inspirational book to give to a loved one. i plan on getting it for my sister. her cat died and i lit a candle for his soul- it was the same candle i lit when my daughter died. i think she was touched by that- if you love candles or feel particularly close to the idea that lighting a candle is a spiritual activity you may gleen a lot from this book- it is relatively tiny and portable, a great book for your purse. also a cute gift. A+.

I think this is a wonderful book, and it's very simple and to the point. She makes a point in the book that the scent and the color of a candle can have different meanings and affirmations for each person, and it's up to the individual person to make that decision. The photography in itself is as inspirational.

I love Sylvia Brown but this was disappointing and was such a small book. She is better than this.
