I purchased this book as a text for a class and was pleasantly surprised. I've read a lot of leadership books but this has a different perspective than most. The author stresses the importance of core values in order to be a successful leader and how important those values are for the future of healthcare in America. I think any manager would find the book interesting and gain from reading it.
