This was even more resourceful than Attitude 101 which I thoroughly enjoyed. I like the references to the past & present leaders, the real subtleties that he makes mention of, and also the quotes he uses. The book has real substance, it's a good read, and well worth the time. Highly recommend it, whether you are a leader, or just an aspiring one.

John C. Maxwell has brought leadership fundamentals to the lowest level leader. Not everyone has been able to do this. Leadership is the most productive, most fun and most involved at the small team level and this books hits it right.

When I speak, I like to have door prizes. The 101 books are excellent gifts and as the giver, I feel I am investing in someone's future. Go future leaders.
