It's a useful book for SAT Biology, anyway. However, it isn't concise enough and just looks like a Biology textbook. It covers most of the topics in the test, much detailed, but few strategies. If you haven't taken Biology courses in high school, this book will help you a lot. For those who have already taken Biology courses, I would recommend Princeton Review.
It is said on the front cover that it "includes 2 Biology E practice tests & 2 Biology M practice tests". But in reality, it just includes 2 practice tests altogether, with both E & M sections.
