This is a wonderful way to bond with your baby. As simple as the poses may seem, my baby absolutely loves them! The exercises offer an opportunity to hold your baby, have him/her look into your eyes, and bond. My baby now starts to giggle as soon as she recognizes the songs I sing with each pose/exercise. I highly recommend this as a baby shower gift - a lot more useful than yet another clothing item...

This book is nice. It is easy to understand. User friendly. The best part about it is the time it has helped me to spend with my little one. Her eyes light up when I pull out the yoga mat and we do the exercises together. She enjoys using and exploring her body and I truly believe the exercises are helping with things like sitting up and learning to crawl. She seems to be a little ahead of the curve developmentally and I credit the yoga. After a session she is relaxed and content and we stare into each others eyes and smile. I would recommend this. It's a great way to spend some structured time with your little one.

I got the book after taking the actual Itsy Bitsy Yoga class with my son the first time. We really enjoy it & it does help with his digestive system. I highly recommend the class & book to anyone who has children.
