This book is fantastic! Even just learning the breathing exercise on pg 182 for polarity disorganization makes a huge difference in anything else you do.
The easy to understand and integrate tapping protocols can absolutely help you to finally get out of your own way and handle all of the things in life labeled under "I know what I should do, if I could only just get myself to do it", whether it's performing better, weight loss or getting over a broken heart. I am a creative person and work with other creative people and the technology in this book makes a huge difference in a person's life. I was originally referred to it by an EFT instructor and have gone on to teach these techniques with great success. Again, it's very easy to understand and use on yourself. Good luck! Mary Coppin :)
