As a massage therapy student, i found this book to be a great help in studying anatomy. A page is devoted to each bone/muscle, making for clear, large drawings with brief but direct text on bony landmarks and origin/insertion/action of the muscles, plus miscellaneous information. The book also classifies muscles by movement at the joints, to simplify studying by joint action. All in all, a great study guide for students and reference for the professional.

I'm a massage therapist, and we used this book as our Kinesiology book. It has a few errors (mainly in spelling) but the detail of the drawings is great, and you can color in to help you remember if that helps you to learn. Its a great reference!

This book is great. I would recommend it to anyone interested in healthcare. Fantastic pictures and drawings and well-planned overall.

This is a great book to have in your library. After using my teachers book, I simply had to have one of my own for my library. This book was very easy to understand. The illustrations were fantastic, very clear and colorful. Very nice size and easy to carry inside my notebook. What I liked best about Ms. Sieg book is that it was easy to read and follow along in class, the color coded sections made it easy to remember the skeletal system for taking tests. It was easy to address my own skeletal anatomy without the help of someone else. Compared to "The Human Body which illustrates a see thru overlay pictures view. Ms Sieg's book was much more informational and descriptive. Everyone should have this book as a requirement to any healthcare field where the skeletal system is being studied. Thank you for the opportunity to view Ms.Sieg book.
