If you are serious about becoming Christlike, read this book. If you are content with mediocre Christianity, this book is not for you.

The book is not accurate. It doesn't address real marriage problems but only looks at men. Women have no responsiblity and I have seen this ruin marriages. The authors wife is the prime promoter. The book is good for men to help them understand women but lacks real marriage substance to have a lasting marriage according to the word of God.

After 30 years of marriage, this is the best book I have ever read on understanding women and how to be a better husband. I highly recommend it.

This book truly was an answer to prayer. After praying for the Lord to search my heart and remove anything that wasn't of Him... He lead me to this book. Mr. Nair is exactly right on all accounts in his biblical views of the husband/wife relationship and it's role in helping a man become more Christlike.
If you are serious about becoming the man God wants you to be... and reaping the benefits in all areas of your life then study this book. If you are looking for an easy way out or a book that will take you off the hook and place all the blame on your wife then don't bother to buy this book.
WARNING: Men will have to check their pride at the door.

Mr. Nair gives us a common format book designed for the huge Christain book market. It is shallow and sticky sweet,... except when it blames men for everything. Which he does on every page. Nair is clueless to the fact that 15-20% of all women have monthly cycles that lapse them into mean, vicious, irrational, argumentative, paranoia. For these women, these lapses are unavoidable and can not be cured by the pious behavior of their husband. They can not be reasoned with and certainly are not subject to influence by a patient, loving husband, no matter to what extremes he may go to show his love. In the throes of these monthly personality changes the woman beleives the man is the reason for all that is bad in the world anyway. Men, do not assume you are not right with God because your wife gets critical and unhappy with you. The only helpful recourse is Paxil, Wellbutrin, Effexxor or some other "serotonin re-uptake inhibitor", not pampering, pleading and blaming yourself if you wife is viciously blaming you for everything, and screeming "I need some understanding".
