I was able to refresh my memory, which is required, in not being an enabler, being responsable for my actions and respecting myself again.

This time around I'm addressing some core issues and this book is just perfect for where I'm at. It provides a refreshing perspective that complements and supplements ANY other 12 Step program. If you want to go a little bit deeper than the way you usually work the Steps, without complicated or excessive formats, this book is so worth your time!
