Was a revealing book. Had not known about the subject in detail previously. Interesting. Will implement suggestions.

My doctor recently recommended that I get D'Adamo's book "Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type" and this supplemental handbook. This supplemental handbook is very handy to take with me to the grocery store to help me shop for the right foods. The book is organized nicely into all the different food categories so that I can quickly find what I am looking for.
