Just 1 of the "Ways to Feel Happier" is worth the price of book!
I ask these questions: of myself to get balanced; of others to be a good listener and inspire interesting conversation; and of negative people to help them find a broader perspective.
Four "ways to feel happier" questions, paraphrased:
1) What are you happy about in your life?
2) What's going well?
3) What are you excited about?
4) What are you looking forward to?
Get the book to see the other 49 great suggestions!
