Vast variety of jams, jellies, preserves, pickles, chutneys. Recipes are easy to follow. I made bread and butter pickles for the first time ever, and it won't be the last, as they were a major hit! Raspberry-rhubarb jelly was also a huge hit. This book on keeping is a keeper.
