The one other reviewer missed the point that prices are per foot! Multiply by 30 and he'd be in the ballpark.
This is an excellent source book for remodelers looking to establish a reasonable price for a job. You'll still have to do some hand tweaking to cover a few odds and ends, but in general it's all here. Gives cost + and - percentages for major cities in all states. Updated annually.

The book and software indicated to me that I can build a 30 foot long 2x6 wall at 8' high for $54.00. If anyone uses this book as their only estimating tool, email me so you can build me a house for next to nothing.
